After re-logging into my Google AdSense/AdMob/Developer account/AdWords account on a different device, the system asks me to enter a secondary phone number or secondary email, or to receive a verification code via a secondary email and phone. As shown in the picture below When I entered the correct secondary email, the Google system popped up a prompt for me to verify my phone number. and after I entered the verification code, I still couldn't log in to my Google account....
